Not at the minute. Payments and subscriptions are all managed through the website, which is integrated with the app software. Sign up through the website and you will be emailed a link to create your login details.

You sure can. There is no minimum contract, so you can cancel anytime.

MTB Fit is priced so you can continue benefitting from the app long term, but should you wish to cancel it's real simple - just email matt@mtb.fitness anytime before your next payment date. Your next payment will be cancelled and your app access stopped when your current paid period ends. 

Not direct on the website, but if you would like to pay up-front for 12 months that's fine. Sign-up as normal through the website, then email matt@mtb.fitness and I will change your subscription for you manually. Your first payment for 12 months will be charged 7 days after your trial begins.

Several reasons. First and foremost - results. Over a decade as a trainer, I've found 4 weeks to be the sweet spot to change client's programmes. Any less and you don't have long enough to see optimal results and fully get to grips with the workouts. Anymore and results stagnate as your body gets used to the workouts and boredom can creep in.

4 weeks strikes the perfect balance between getting the best results you can and keeping things fresh and exciting.

YES! MTB Fit is designed to help every mountain bike discipline so whether you just ride on the weekends for fun, race downhill, compete in enduro or XC or take part in any other type of riding, MTB Fit will help.

Yes - you have full access to all the gym and home plans, so you can choose between the two whenever you like. This means you can train at home/on the road some days and train in the gym on others.

If you follow the home plans, you just need a set of resistance bands which are super low priced. There are links to recommended ones in the app and sent via email on purchase.


If you follow the gym plans then you need access to a typical gym setup or decent home gym setup with barbell, bench, kettlebell and dumbbells. The app doesn’t typically use ‘big’ gym machines like leg presses, lat pull downs etc. to make a home gym a viable option for those with the space and budget.

Each workout typically lasts 40-50 minutes plus a short warmup.
