Over 50% of members decide to 'pause' their account and monthly payments for a few weeks or months instead of cancelling. 

Pausing locks in your current pricing and allows you to take a break from the app, while also keeping all of your progress and stats saved in the app so you don't lose any of your saved weights etc.

Just ask to 'pause' when you message below and I can get that set up for you.

If you need to take another action, like update payment details, cancel your membership or if you have any other questions, just fill in the form below.
