Can you get this on Kindle?
Yes. The guide comes in PDF form. Buy the guide as normal, then just add the PDF to your 'documents' folder on kindle, and you can then read it on kindle like any other book.

Is this a Training Programme?
No. This is an e-book with 50 tips for mountain bikers over 50. It is NOT a new training programme. The 12 and 16 Week MTB Training Programmes are perfectly suited to mountain bikers over 50. In fact, they have been followed by thousands of riders over 50 to great affect!

How do I access the guide? Do I get to keep it forever?
Yes, you keep it forever and only pay once. The guide is a 100 page E-Book in PDF format. When you purchase it, you immediately get sent a download link. You can then download the PDF to all your devices. If you ever lose the link, just email me to matt@mtb.fitness and I can re-send it for you.
