Ask a Question-
Heh Matt, I've been following you on social for a while and respect for your charity ride last year. I'm considering your programmes but am not sure which to select. A bit of background about me.... 47 Yrs old Train and coach strength and power 5 times a week 170KG deadlift 140kg squat @Atlas_Foxy on Instagram been training for 3 year from a couch potato to chasing my kids on bikes. Goal: I have booked a week in Morzine to MTB this summer and want to be in great form to get the best out of it and be safe
Hey, thanks so much for that.
So, the 16 Week Plan could work well for you to start on IF you feel as though you don't have any areas of weakness and are completely balanced from left leg to right leg etc. If you have any muscle imbalances then the 12 Week Programme would be better to start on. If not you will be fine jumping in the deep end with the 16 Week Programme.
Thanks Matt -
Is this similar in format to the 12week programme? ie: PDF format then access to videos etc too? Is there a time-limit? Is it delivered in parts or as a whole?
Yes. The layout is exactly the same. The programmes are harder and progress from where you left off in the 12 week programme. The format of how to view the exercises etc. is all the same as before. You get access to the whole programme when you buy it

As a more advanced Mountainbiker, is it possible (or maybe even better) to immediately start with the 16 week programme?
You would still be better starting on the 12 Week Programme as it helps balance out imbalances, make sure everything is strong and help make you bulletproof to injuries. The plans work best when done one after another.
