On 26th November 2018 I, Matt Mooney - Owner of MTB Fitness, aired the first episode of the MTB Fitness Podcast. It's something that I'd wanted to do for a while. If you follow me on social media and follow my daily emails, you'll know I send a lot of written content out everyday. I really wanted the chance to chat to the brilliant people inside and outside of the MTB world to pick their brains about how to get fitter, faster and stronger on the bike. I also wanted a place to be able to really elaborate on everything I chat about on social media. It's much easier when I can just chat into a microphone and just go where the conversation goes. It allows me to give much more context and really explore the concepts I share on social.

Episodes are weekly, sometimes twice a week.

    Hi Matt, just been listening to your podcasts whilst on holiday, really enjoyed listening, I’ve been mountain biking for years and definitely suffer from the mental aspect of riding, once my heads gone on a technical decent I start riding like It’s the 1st time on a bike, that effects the whole ride, every section then becomes difficult that I usually nail, so just thought I’d give you some positive feedback and I’ve enjoyed listening, back from holiday and ready to grip it and rip it #mindset
